Taylor Lam
The Force Services Int’l Limited founded in August 2000 by Mr. Taylor Lam, Mr. Lam has accumulated over 25 years of experience with Hong Kong Government, Military and Security Industry. He has served in Hong Kong Customs Department for 11 years. Following his Government Service, Mr. Lam served with Royal Hong Kong Regiment before entering the Security Industry gaining experience in both security training and protective security.
Mr. Lam's new career with the Security Services began in 1991, when he appointed as an Operations controller in the Jardine Securicor Group. He rose rapidly to the managerial level while serving in a variety of assignments reflecting the Service's diverse interests and responsibilities.
Consistent with the dual missions of the Security Service, Mr. Lam has served in supervisory positions in both protective and investigative assignments, serving as Operation in Charge of the event field division.
In October 1998, Mr. Lam was appointed Manager of the Renful Security Group (Protective Project Field), Lam also served as the Director of the Training division, where he was responsible for the management of the division, including financial management, personnel training, procurement and strategic planning.
In February 1999, Mr. Lam has completed Executive Protection Training in Indonesia. Among his responsibilities at RSG, He has experience and participated in Security Training Programs as well as specialty training in VIP Protection Tactics, Security Awareness and Crisis / Emergency Procedures including Bomb Threat.
In July 2004 received a Professional Diploma in Business Management from Hong Kong Institute Of Business Administration, 2006 awarded MBA of University of Northern Virginia US.
